We thank you for your patience in these challenging times. Our intention is to open our doors to customers on the 1st June, in line with the current easing of lockdown restrictions. Clearly, we will always act in line with government policy and whilst we hope that we will be in a position to open our doors to the public on this date, should the guidance change, we will not risk our staff or customers. We are aware that some retailers are re-opening prior to this previously stated date but we are using this time to finalise our safety procedures to ensure that we are in the best possible position to serve you safely. We ask that you both understand and respect our decision in this matter.
When the go ahead is given, we will be running a private appointment system for the last hour of the day (Monday to Saturday). For anyone who is concerned around shopping in public, yet needs new household items, we are confident that this will make a huge difference. Click here to find out more.
In addition, we have introduced a virtual tour service. We would be delighted to offer a personalised and individual “walk you through the store” to offer advice, help you make decisions and to process your order.
How it works: contact us by phone (0114 2332222) or click here to set up an appointment with one of our sales team. Provide us with your name, mobile number, email address and let us know which products are of interest to you. We will then contact you to arrange an appointment for a WhatsApp type video call, during which time we will walk you virtually through the store and assist you in making your next purchase.
The Virtual Shop Service will be available from Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 4.30am, by appointment.
