If you take advantage of the Government legislation regarding not paying VAT on certain products, for example a lift & rise recliner chair, as a result of a qualifying disability we may also ask for:
*Medical certificates or proof of qualifying disability
If you enter one of our competitions we will collect the following:

*Any information that you disclose to us in your responses

Your data may be shared with third parties:
*Payment providers if you take out a finance with us
*Extended Warranty providers who in turn may need to pass your details over to a national service company in order to rectify or inspect your goods. This is the same for manufacturer warranty.
*Leightons may also contact a service agent and pass on your details to them to rectify your complaint
*Mail Out, we will intermittently share your data with our marketing company, when we mail out to you with services we feel are of a legitimate interest to you.
We only save your data on select computers with limited access to only staff that need to know, the computers are password protected and we will only keep your data as long as necessary to fulfil transactions, legal obligations and provide you with information that we believe will be of importance to you.
As previously stated, we only share your data on a need to know basis. We will only share your information with our suppliers if you have a fault and they need to inspect/repair and intermittently we share your details with our marketing company when we mail out to you with a service we feel are of a legitimate interest.
